About the role

Responsible for managing HR administrative tasks including employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle benefits enrollment and processing.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
  • Prepare reports and maintain databases related to HR functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems.
  • Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
