- Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle benefits enrollment and processing.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
- Prepare reports and maintain databases related to HR functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR administration.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
