Job Overview
Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support Distribution Centers or Retail Stores. This role supports multiple departments or retail locations, assisting leaders with HR issues and implementing services, policies, and programs that foster a high-performance, employee-oriented culture.

Responsibilities
- Conduct confidential investigations, resolve employee concerns, and maintain positive workplace relationships
- Lead hiring efforts for multiple locations, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Support managers in goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Support HRIS platforms for employee data management and reporting
- Aid in identifying high-potential talent and future leaders
- Ensure HR policies align with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Promote a safe work environment and employee wellness initiatives
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation while managing multiple priorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role
- Solid understanding of HR practices and employment law
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to use sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
