At Savant, our Human Resources Business Partners sit at the intersection of people, policy, and real business outcomes. You'll partner closely with leaders across the firm, helping them think through employee relations, performance, growth, structure, and everything in between. Compliance matters here, but it's never the whole story. We're looking for someone who knows the rules and understands when context matters, someone who can explain the "why," not just enforce the "what."

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance conversations, engagement, team dynamics, and workforce planning
• Help leaders think through decisions that balance business needs, risk, and the human side of impact
• Coach leaders through tough conversations — not avoiding them, not sugarcoating them, but navigating them well
• Translate business goals into practical people solutions (and flag issues before they turn into fires)
• Support change — including organizational growth and M&A activity — with clarity, empathy, and structure
• Be a visible, trusted presence for employees who need guidance or perspective

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience (Business Partner or Generalist background preferred)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Confident navigating employee relations scenarios and explaining the why behind decisions
• Balance employment law and compliance with empathy and pragmatism
• Build trust easily — even in mostly virtual environments
• Comfortable making and standing behind unpopular decisions when needed
• Like being a partner to the business, not just a processor of policies
