Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning people initiatives with broader business goals
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and roll out HR best practices and process improvements
- Maintain a consistent, visible presence across the facility, building relationships with staff at all levels
- Work with site and functional leaders to resolve HR-related business challenges
- Lead employee relations investigations and coordinate on resolutions with senior HR and legal partners
- Help design and execute engagement programs and organizational development initiatives
- Support recruitment efforts, both internal mobility and external sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
- Build out retention and knowledge-transfer strategies tailored to site needs
- Partner cross-functionally to develop and deliver workplace training programs
- Track and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making
- Support core HR functions including compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations, performance management, recognition, records, safety, and training
- Create and manage employee recognition programs that strengthen culture and engagement
- Monitor compliance with applicable employment laws and help update policies as needed
- Take point on special HR projects as assigned
- Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRBP, ideally within a manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience with employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Proficiency with HRIS systems
- Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and digital channels
- Demonstrated accountability and sound judgment under pressure
- A customer-service mindset toward both internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong initiative and independent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating complex or difficult situations with professionalism

Pay
$75,000–80,000/year, commensurate with experience
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours/week; some overtime possible)
