Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning people initiatives with broader business goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and roll out HR best practices and process improvements
  • Maintain a consistent, visible presence across the facility, building relationships with staff at all levels
  • Work with site and functional leaders to resolve HR-related business challenges
  • Lead employee relations investigations and coordinate on resolutions with senior HR and legal partners
  • Help design and execute engagement programs and organizational development initiatives
  • Support recruitment efforts, both internal mobility and external sourcing for hard-to-fill roles
  • Build out retention and knowledge-transfer strategies tailored to site needs
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop and deliver workplace training programs
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making
  • Support core HR functions including compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations, performance management, recognition, records, safety, and training
  • Create and manage employee recognition programs that strengthen culture and engagement
  • Monitor compliance with applicable employment laws and help update policies as needed
  • Take point on special HR projects as assigned
  • Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRBP, ideally within a manufacturing or operations environment
  • Experience with employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems
  • Strong communication skills across written, verbal, and digital channels
  • Demonstrated accountability and sound judgment under pressure
  • A customer-service mindset toward both internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and independent problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable navigating complex or difficult situations with professionalism

Pay

$75,000–80,000/year, commensurate with experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (40 hours/week; some overtime possible)
