About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for partnering with business units to understand their needs and align HR strategies to support organizational goals. This role will work closely with managers and employees to ensure effective talent management practices are in place.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Facilitate employee development and career planning processes.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience working in a shared services or centralized HR function.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR tools.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 annually.

Full-time, remote position.
