Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Service Line Leaders, Partners, Principals, and management teams on all people-related matters.
- Develop a strong understanding of business priorities and proactively align workforce strategies to support short- and long-term organizational objectives.
- Lead workforce planning discussions, including succession planning, organizational design, talent assessment, and leadership development initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Coach leaders on effectively managing performance, engagement, career development, and organizational change.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies that strengthen employee retention, internal mobility, and leadership pipelines.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify organizational risks and opportunities and recommend business-focused solutions.
- Drive implementation of firm-wide HR initiatives while ensuring alignment with Service Line objectives and culture.
- Partner with Talent Management, Benefits & Rewards, HR Operations, and other HR Centers of Excellence to deliver comprehensive people solutions.
- Facilitate talent review, succession planning, performance calibration, and development planning processes.
- Promote a culture of accountability, engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a change leader by helping leaders successfully navigate organizational change and workforce transformation initiatives.
- Maintain expertise in employment law and regulatory compliance to ensure sound and consistent decision-making.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to influence outcomes and drive business results through people.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisor.
- Demonstrated success resolving complex employee relations matters and providing coaching to senior leaders.
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to operational and financial outcomes.
- Excellent consulting, influencing, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Able to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Ability to use workforce data and analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or comparable HR certification.
- Experience supporting professional services, public accounting, consulting, legal, financial services, or similar knowledge-based organizations.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience coaching executive and senior-level leaders.
