Summary

The Company is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team at our High Point Facility in High Point, NC. As a HRBP this individual is responsible for a broad range of activities to support the wider organization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic Human Resources Business Partner, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to identify, develop, and implement innovative HR solutions, best practices, and process improvements.
  • Maintain a visible and regular presence with leaders, managers, supervisors, and employees at the High Point facility.
  • Collaborate with site and functional leadership to address human resources and business challenges effectively.
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and coordinate with the Senior Director, Human Resources and Legal to determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Support the development and execution of employee and organizational development programs and engagement initiatives.
  • Arrange for attraction, development, and retention of talent by leveraging talent acquisition processes for internal recruitment and targeted external sourcing for critical competencies.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to assess, develop, and facilitate training programs on HR and workplace topics.
  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain HR metrics to support informed decision-making.
  • Support all HR programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, recognition and engagement, records management, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
  • Design, implement, and manage employee recognition programs to support employee engagement and organizational culture.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company standards; regularly review and recommend updates to policies and practices as needed.
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed, recognizing that responsibilities may evolve based on business requirements.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision for computer work and ability to adjust focus.
