Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner - Field collaborates with senior retail leaders and their teams to deliver impactful business results through both strategic and hands-on initiatives. This role serves as a trusted consultant, offering proactive guidance and support to implement HR solutions that drive organizational performance and agility.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years Progressive experience in diverse Human Resources positions with increasing scope and responsibility
  • 6+ years Expertise in Employee Relations
  • 6+ years Skilled in evaluating organizational systems, structures, and business strategies, and staying current with industry trends
  • 6+ years Strong history of collaborating with management as a credible, trusted advisor
  • 6+ years Demonstrated success in executing both short- and long-term HR and change management initiatives
  • 6+ years HR experience supporting a large hourly workforce in a geographically matrixed organization
  • 6+ years Proven ability to analyze and interpret data to generate insightful reports on organizational performance
  • 6+ years Experience in data analysis, report writing, and presentation management
  • Four year college degree or equivalent experience
  • PHR/SHRM Certification (Preferred)

  • Capability to effectively manage and guide teams remotely by utilizing digital communication platforms
  • Ability to identify talent gaps, trends and development needs of the client group, its managers, key individuals, and people in key positions
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and opinions while influencing others and achieving the desired outcome
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Power Point and Excel (create presentations, spread sheets, pivot tables, V-look up, charts, graphs, etc.)
  • Ability to organize, multi-task & prioritize, while keeping a focus on short- and long-term objectives
  • Partnership - Quickly build relationships and gain the respect of management, employees, and HR colleagues; effectively interacting with all levels of employees within a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to work under pressure within time and/or resource constraints. Must be a self-starter with strong initiative and business insight
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide coaching and consulting on development planning for district and store leaders
  • Partnering with district leaders on strategic plans to drive business results, customer service, and alignment with Company Values
