Human Resources Business Partner (Experienced or Senior) - Millennium Space Systems

About the role

Millennium Space Systems, a division of Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS), is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support their operations in El Segundo, CA. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in HRG or HRBP roles, with a focus on strategy development and project management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with leaders across the organization
• Create and launch HR processes to improve efficiency, reporting, and communication
• Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
• Support business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives
• Partner with HR colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance company culture and employee engagement
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures aligned with industry trends and regulations
• Manage relationships with union representatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an HRG or HRBP
• 3+ years of experience in strategy planning and project management
• 3+ years of experience in HR strategy implementation and business outcomes
• 1+ years of experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
• 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience as an HRG or HRBP
• 3+ years of experience in workforce strategy design and implementation
• 3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to drive organizational objectives
• 5+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
• Experience with workforce planning, HR analytics, and HR transformation initiatives
