About the role

As a Human Resources Manager in Corporate Technology, you will partner with leaders to build a competitive talent base and shape people strategies that accelerate business results.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain trusted advisor and business partner relationships with assigned leaders.
  • Understand the business, competitive landscape, and strategies to shape talent and HR requirements.
  • Support workforce, succession, and talent planning discussions.
  • Ensure effective performance management using evaluation tools to drive transparency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Global HR Centers of Expertise to attract, retain, and develop talent.
  • Support compensation reviews by evaluating roles, responsibilities, and competencies.
  • Implement and reinforce corporate HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Coach managers on compliance, employment laws, and employee relations risk mitigation.
  • Drive innovation and automation in HR processes and shared services.
  • Promote inclusion, diversity, and values-aligned decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience.
  • Expert knowledge of HR policies, practices, and processes.
  • Experience coaching and leading experienced business professionals.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a medium to large or global organization.
  • Experience implementing initiatives that accelerate business objectives.

Work Environment

  • Standing, walking, or operating equipment for extended periods.
  • Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate PPE provided.
  • Use of computers and digital tools in an office or hybrid environment.
  • Occasional lifting or movement of materials.
  • Adherence to rigorous safety protocols and ergonomic standards.
