About the role
Serve as the primary HR leader and trusted advisor for the Lebanon facility. Broad ownership across employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compliance, and HR operations. Direct visibility with site leadership and the ability to influence decisions affecting the workforce and operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide site leaders with practical, risk-informed guidance on employee relations, performance, and workforce decisions.
- Own day-to-day HR execution, including investigations, onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and compliance.
- Help improve manager effectiveness through coaching, accountability, and leadership development.
- Support succession planning, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational change.
- Ensure HR programs and processes are consistently implemented while remaining responsive to the needs of the facility.
Requirements
- At least five years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site environment.
- A well-rounded HR background with the ability to balance strategic partnership with hands-on operational execution.
- Strong employee relations experience, including leading investigations, resolving conflict, and advising managers on performance matters.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with exposure to both U.S. and Canadian requirements considered valuable.
- Experience supporting talent planning, performance management, organizational change, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Confidence working directly with plant leadership and maintaining a visible presence with employees on the manufacturing floor.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- HR certification, union exposure, and UKG experience are preferred.
