NETSCOUT is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Allen, TX office. We protect the connected world from cyberattacks and performance disruptions through our unique visibility platform and solutions.

About the role

This position serves as a consultant to the Research and Development Organization, reporting to the Director of Human Resources for the US/Canada and LATM. You will partner with leadership to develop integrated HR solutions, support HR programs, and manage the full employee life cycle for multiple US offices (Allen TX, Colorado Springs CO, San Jose CA, and Ann Arbor MI). The role requires 50% travel to other US offices.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, change agent, and key influencer to the R&D/Engineering Leadership team
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with executives, business partners, peers, and employees
  • Support the rollout and execution of HR programs and initiatives
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including performance reviews, coaching, career development, workforce planning, career pathing, employee relations, and investigations
  • Partner with the Director of Human Resources on HR strategy and implementation
  • Collaborate with executives and NETSCOUT’s L&D Organization to drive culture, engagement, and inclusion
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in hiring efforts
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements
  • Develop and analyze end-to-end human capital solutions that advance business strategy
  • Use data analysis (Excel, AI tools like Microsoft Copilot) to generate meaningful business insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 7-10 years of progressive business partnership experience; technology industry experience preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task under deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior business leaders
  • Customer-focused, business-partnering mindset
  • Experience with Workday HRIS system

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification
  • Experience in a start-up environment
  • Experience working for a U.S. multinational company
