Job Responsibilities
- Maintains both manual and automated personnel records
- Collections and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports
- Provides guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures
- Facilitates a full range of recruiting responsibilities including, interacting with department managers to better comprehend the skills-sets and core competencies needed for hiring open positions in multiple states
- Manages and coordinates employee recognition programs
- Ensures federal and state legal compliance
- Promotes and maintains a high-level of rapport with all levels of employees while increasing human resources’ visibility
- Keeps up to date on new concepts, best practices, regulatory changes, and the latest updates and newest trends affecting technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Provides other work-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Prefer Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Level I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience
- Level II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-6 years of related experience
- Level III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Microsoft Office Suites or related software
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
