Job Responsibilities

  • Maintains both manual and automated personnel records
  • Collections and compiles sensitive and confidential personnel statistics and prepares reports
  • Provides guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures
  • Facilitates a full range of recruiting responsibilities including, interacting with department managers to better comprehend the skills-sets and core competencies needed for hiring open positions in multiple states
  • Manages and coordinates employee recognition programs
  • Ensures federal and state legal compliance
  • Promotes and maintains a high-level of rapport with all levels of employees while increasing human resources’ visibility
  • Keeps up to date on new concepts, best practices, regulatory changes, and the latest updates and newest trends affecting technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Provides other work-related duties as needed

Qualifications

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Prefer Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Level I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience
  • Level II: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3-6 years of related experience
  • Level III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Microsoft Office Suites or related software
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision
