About the role
Human Resource associates assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR (Human Resources) related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
Location: Walmart Supercenter #1802, 1501 SW WANAMAKER RD, TOPEKA, KS, 66604, US.
Employment Type: Full-Time.

Pay
- Hourly wage: $19 - $32 per hour (rate will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage).
- Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives.
- Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply.
