About the role
Human Resource associates assist leadership with associate recruitment, hiring, staffing, development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance, and performance needs by identifying and analyzing HR (Human Resources) related issues; and providing guidance on the execution of company HR programs and initiatives.
Full‑time position located at Walmart Supercenter #988, 1575 LAND O LAKES BLVD, LUTZ, FL, 33549, US.

Pay
Hourly wage: $20 – $33 per hour (will equal or exceed applicable minimum wage).
Additional compensation: annual or quarterly performance incentives; premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season or specific work performed (multiple premiums may apply).
