About the role
The Human Resources Associate supports a variety of HR operations and administrative initiatives, including maintaining employee records, supporting key HR processes, assisting with global performance reviews, coaching programs, and service awards, while also helping to deliver a seamless new hire onboarding experience and contributing to special projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records in Workday
- Support key HR processes

Requirements
- One to three years of HR experience
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
- Genuine passion for supporting employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of HR best practices and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
