About the role

Northeeastern Co-Op Students: Are you interested in using AI, data, and automation to improve how companies hire, support, and develop employees? As an HR AI & Operations Co-op, you’ll join IDC’s Human Resources team and work on high-impact projects that combine people analytics, process automation, and emerging AI tools. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real solutions that improve recruiting, compensation, reporting, and employee support. You’ll collaborate with teams across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Operations, and HRIS to modernize how HR operates — making processes smarter, faster, and more data-driven.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Processes & Automation across current tools as well as make recommendations and solution for challenges with no current tools.
• Maintain created requisition request website
• Additional duties as assigned
