What You’ll Do

  • Process payroll (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly) with precision.
  • Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies before submission.
  • Serve as the payroll subject matter expert.
  • Manage employee data in ADP across the full lifecycle.
  • Process hires, changes, and terminations quickly and accurately.
  • Audit and align data across systems.
  • Manage benefits enrollment and vendor coordination.
  • Reconcile payroll and benefits data to prevent issues.
  • Oversee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, and company leave) from start to return-to-work.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports.
  • Identify trends, risks, and process gaps.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of HR, payroll, or HRIS experience required (ADP preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Experience reconciling data across systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communicator with strong judgment and discretion.
