What You’ll Do
- Process payroll (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly) with precision.
- Review, reconcile, and resolve discrepancies before submission.
- Serve as the payroll subject matter expert.
- Manage employee data in ADP across the full lifecycle.
- Process hires, changes, and terminations quickly and accurately.
- Audit and align data across systems.
- Manage benefits enrollment and vendor coordination.
- Reconcile payroll and benefits data to prevent issues.
- Oversee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, and company leave) from start to return-to-work.
- Generate and analyze HR reports.
- Identify trends, risks, and process gaps.
- Leverage AI and automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of HR, payroll, or HRIS experience required (ADP preferred).
- Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Experience reconciling data across systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communicator with strong judgment and discretion.
