Responsibilities

  • Performs routine audits as requested
  • Performs specialized or confidential administrative duties, including researching data and preparing reports as needed
  • Coincides with the Purchasing Manager and prepares invoices for payment and tracks actual results versus budget
  • Maintains employee records
  • Ensures behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards
  • Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff
  • Participates in meetings and training as required
  • Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times
  • Performs necessary follow-ups to meet established objectives and assists with reminders of commitments and deadlines
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs
  • Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management
  • Responsible for overall licensing process
  • Provides exceptional guest service to internal Team Members and external candidates, to include answering questions, assisting with application process, answering phone calls and scheduling for new hire orientation
  • Supports HR team with additional duties and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Advanced level skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in a human resources office preferred
  • Previous HRIS experience
  • Experience with UltiPro and iCIMS strongly preferred
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate
  • Able to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in a professional office environment, preferably utilizing clerical skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in vocabulary, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading
  • Must be able to compose and prepare correspondence appropriate for the Human Resources Department
  • Able to operate office equipment including a photocopier, fax machine and calculator
  • Excellent telephone manners and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • Comfort with flexibility in priorities and work assignments
  • Approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential, and helpful manner

Pay

$50,000 Annually

Schedule

Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
