Human Resource Recruiter

About the role

Choices in Community Living provides professional direct care services for individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is assisting people with developmental disabilities to have access to opportunities to build safe, healthy and meaningful lives in the community. We are looking for a full-time HR Recruiter to support our team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Review applications and resumes received online and in-house
• Conduct preliminary phone screens for potential candidates
• Track open positions, physical and drug screens, and BCI reports
• Communicate with Program Directors and Program Managers on open positions and potential candidates

Requirements

• Two-year degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Valid Driver’s License (less than 4 points)
• Valid proof of vehicle insurance
• Able to handle high-stress environments and be on your feet for multiple hours
• Pass a physical and drug screen as well as a background check
