About the role
We are looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support the recruitment hiring process. This position would support the recruiting process fully.
Responsibilities
- Supports the recruiting process
- Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5pm onsite office based in St Petersburg FL with a 30 minute unpaid lunch/break period
Requirements
- Computer, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience required
- Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management etc.)
- Experience with resume HRIS system required preferably ADP
- Sound knowledge of full-cycle recruiting
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills necessary
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills necessary
- Experience in a Nonprofit environment preferred
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field required
- 5 years of prior experience as an HR Recruiter/Onboarding required

Salary commensurate with experience
Schedule

Clear Criminal Background Check
- Throughout employment with Suncoast Center and local checks prior to hire and annually along with DCF Level II prior to hire and as required by DCF
- Must have valid Florida Driver’s License
- Motor Vehicle checks prior to hire and annually with acceptable driving record maintained throughout employment
