As a key member of our leadership team, the Human Resource Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with federal and state regulations. Human Resource Director Summary: The Human Resource Director will lead the Human Resources team in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the organization's mission and vision. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws, as well as excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
