Human Resource Business Partner-HRBP
About the role
The experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) will assist in aligning Win’s people strategy with its business strategy. The HRBP will serve as both an administrative expert as well as a people champion, a change agent, and a strategic partner for the business.
Responsibilities
- Communicate senior management’s goals to the HC Team.
- Develop strategies to strengthen HRBP relationship process.
- Stay up to date on HC trends and best practices as well as employment laws and regulations.
- Support the job descriptions review process to ensure they adequately meet business needs.
- Brief recruiters about staffing needs and provide feedback about recent hiring successes and challenges.
- Workforce Planning:
- Identify training needs in their respective portfolios and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.
- Ensure Win’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for sustainment.
- Select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.
- Coaching & Consulting:
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with program leaders and provide HC advice where necessary.
- Be up to date on employment requirements and regulations regarding people management to help leaders ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HC processes and policies.
- Performance Management:
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (for example mentoring, career planning, coaching, etc.).
- Help managers deal with organizational, people, and change-related issues.
- Aid in new program development and ensure business needs are met in a timely manner.
- Write and revise HC policies and procedures to ensure alignment with Win’s strategies and goals.
- Engagement:
- Collaborate with CoE team members on implementing strategic, innovative and inclusive strategies to support employee retention.
- Provide advice and suggestions for culture-related initiatives, such as cultural transformation.
- Support the implementation of HRM interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management.
- Work together with program managers and staff to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, build morale, and decrease unwanted turnover.
Qualifications
- Previous HRBP experience required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as human resources, organizational psychology, or business administration.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in human resources, employee relations or organizational development.
- SHRM-CP certification.
