Human Resource Associate
This position performs specialized human resource and administrative support tasks to maintain professional human resource functions.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate employment processes including background checks, employment verifications, I-9 verification support, and related verifications.
- Create and support a welcoming atmosphere for all employees and applicants.
- Support all Front Desk activities by assisting internal and external customers online and in person.
- Provide assistance to human resources or management staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Some knowledge of human resource management concepts.
- Good knowledge of administrative support functions including organization skills, composing business documents, compiling and summarizing data, and customer service.
- Experience interpreting and applying employment laws, rules, regulations, and policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally to convey information.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise tact when dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential information.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous higher education and human resource work experience.

Pay
$20.28 per hour.
