Human Research Technologist - Health and Medicine – Advanced Professional
This position is funded for 12 months; continuation past 12 months will be based on university need, performance, and/or availability of funding.
About the role
The Gastroenterology Division in the Department of Medicine at Penn State College of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Human Research Technologist. This research support role will be essential to ongoing clinical trials and upcoming trials within the Division. The Human Research Technologist – Health and Medicine supports the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research trials, studies, and projects involving human participants.
Responsibilities
- Implement research protocols
- Coordinate participant activities
- Collect and analyze research data
- Maintain accurate study documentation
- Ensure research activities are conducted in accordance with established protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $49,188.00 - $71,340.00.
