Responsibilities

• Receive, identify, organize, and prioritize specimens for accurate and timely testing.
• Perform laboratory procedures, quality control, proficiency testing, routine instrument maintenance, and inventory management.
• Evaluate patient identification to minimize errors and adverse outcomes.
• Assess results, draw conclusions, and support continuous learning.
• Provide instruction to personnel and medical technology students as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology from an accredited program.
• National certification aligned with current regulations.
• Basic computer literacy.
