About the role

The Human Genetics Physician will lead genetic counseling services, conduct genetic testing, and provide clinical care to patients and families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive genetic counseling to patients and families
  • Conduct genetic testing and interpret results
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Participate in research initiatives related to human genetics

Requirements

  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board certification in Medical Genetics or Pediatrics with subspecialty training in Medical Genetics
  • Experience in clinical genetics and genetic counseling
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations

Qualifications

  • Strong academic credentials
  • Passport required for international travel
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
