Human Centered Innovation Intensive Program
About the Program
To maximize their innovation investment, leading teams embed innovation into their daily work. It becomes part of their DNA—how they operate and build solutions to complex problems. Cultivating this culture requires intentional practice and continuous learning. It demands a Human-Centered Innovation Learning Loop.
Human-centered innovation is a critical skill that distinguishes employers, positioning them to thrive in the fourth industrial revolution. As automation handles routine tasks, the most sought-after skills will be human capabilities: empathy, collaboration, and insights. Organizations with deep customer understanding will lead in generating transformative ideas.
At Inceodia, we use a Learning Loop methodology derived from the Lean Startup toolkit. The goal is not just a solution but learning about the problem and exploring diverse ways to address it—always starting and ending with the customer.
Our applied learning programs teach teams how to collaborate in solving their organization’s toughest challenges. All programs begin with an innovation approach, followed by coaching teams to apply it to real customer problems. The outcome is a deeper understanding of the problem and creative, intuitive solutions.
Human-Centered Innovation Program
Human-centered design can transform an organization’s culture, channeling the energy and insights of a workforce focused on the "human" at the center. This program teaches teams human-centered design methodologies and how to apply them to solve customer problems within their organizations.
- Human-Centered Innovation Intensive Program: Starts with a bootcamp where teams learn to apply design thinking to explore innovation ideas. Over 10 weeks, teams are coached through evaluating their idea for desirability, feasibility, and viability. The program concludes with a proposal summarizing their learning and outlining next steps—either another learning loop or launching a prototype for testing with internal or external customers.
- Teams learn to pitch their proposal to leadership for further exploration or implementation.
