Human Capital – Leaves & Accommodations Professional

About the role

A leading global investment firm with approximately $500 billion in assets under management is seeking a Human Capital Leaves and Benefits Specialist. This role will support employee benefits operations across the Americas, focusing on enhancing the leaves experience and optimizing benefits utilization.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leaves of absence and the disability/accommodations process in compliance with state and federal laws and firm policies
• Partner with key stakeholders to deliver a streamlined leaves experience
• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries
• Manage day-to-day benefits operations, including employee life cycle events and benefits invoicing
• Support the administration of benefits programs across the Americas
• Assist in the creation and execution of communications and materials for benefits and wellness programs
• Enhance the Benefits governance framework and drive operational efficiencies
• Assist with benefits integration and due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
• Maintain a strong technical understanding of benefits programs and trends across the U.S., Bermuda, and Canada

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, human capital or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least three years of recent professional experience with U.S. employee benefits and wellness plan development and delivery
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Pay

Salary: $95,000 – $125,000, Plus Bonus
