About the role
The Human Capital Analyst III is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support organizational decision-making. This role involves conducting in-depth research, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts by analyzing candidate data and providing insights.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Schedule
