About the role

The Human Capital Analyst III is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support organizational decision-making. This role involves conducting in-depth research, preparing reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives.
  • Support recruitment efforts by analyzing candidate data and providing insights.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Schedule
