Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Manage the IT support ticketing system, including receiving, prioritizing, tracking, resolving, and documenting support requests.
• Troubleshoot and support CRM systems and other business applications used across the organization.
• Provide support for workplace tools and cloud services such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, etc.) and Slack.
• Communicate and coordinate with external support teams and service providers to resolve technical issues and escalate cases when required.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support basic networking and connectivity issues involving LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connections, and servers.
• Cookordination with vendors for the procurement, repair, replacement, and maintenance of IT hardware and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, devices, licenses, and equipment assignments.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account access, and equipment collection.

Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with hardware, software, CRM systems, ticketing systems, and business applications.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, internet connectivity, and basic server concepts).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, or similar collaboration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple support requests independently.
• Experience with vendor coordination, user/access management, and IT asset management.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices; experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory is an added advantage.
