Hualalai Villas & Homes Property Services Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day care and condition of residences, ensuring homes are consistently maintained and ready for use
- Lead and support a team of property services employees, providing direction, guidance, and ongoing development
- Build relationships with homeowners, understanding preferences and supporting their individual needs over time
- Cover maintenance, repairs, and projects, working closely with vendors and internal teams to keep work moving forward
- Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and arrival preparations to keep homes well cared for
- Respond to homeowner requests and questions, providing support with in-home systems and day-to-day needs
- Schedule and staff to ensure consistent coverage across the operation
- Maintain clear records within the property management system
- Work closely with leadership across Hualalai Villas & Homes and the broader resort team
Requirements
Experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hospitality operations
Previous experience leading and supporting a team
A service-driven approach with strong judgment and problem-solving ability
A comfort building relationships with homeowners, guests, and team members
A strong organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with computer systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Adaptability and a willingness to take initiative
Valid work authorization and ability to obtain a Hawai‘i Real Estate Sales License within one year
Qualifications
Experience in property management, vacation rentals, or hospitality operations
Previous experience leading and supporting a team

Salary Range: $68,300 - $82,000
