About the role

Camp Coffee is a cozy, minimalist café with great coffee, located in a welcoming community space. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated barista to join our team and help us deliver exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and customer areas.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and cleaning.
• Engage with customers to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings.
• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
