Responsibilities

• Craft exquisite seafood-focused dishes using the freshest local catches
• Prepare a wide range of non-seafood selections to cater to diverse tastes
• Contribute to a vibrant riverside ambiance with attentive service and friendly interactions
• Collaborate with the bar team to create and serve handcrafted cocktails and beverages
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and outdoor areas
• Participate in special events and venue rentals as needed

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in fine dining or hospitality
• Proficiency in culinary arts and a strong understanding of local cuisine
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Valid health certificate and food handler’s license

Qualifications

• Education in culinary arts or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of wine and spirits, and ability to recommend appropriate pairings
• Experience with event planning and management

Skills

• Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction
