Responsibilities

• Provide professional coaching and mentorship to players of various ages and skill levels.
• Develop and implement training programs focusing on technical ability, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and mental resilience.
• Encourage and promote values such as respect, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among players.
• Organize and participate in friendly matches, tournaments, and talent identification opportunities.
• Work closely with parents, schools, and community stakeholders to support the holistic development of young people.

Requirements

• A passion for football and a commitment to youth development.
• Experience as a coach or mentor in a similar setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of football rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
