About the role
Strikers Flame Academy is a community-focused football development organization dedicated to nurturing young athletes both on and off the field. Our mission is to provide a structured, disciplined, and supportive environment where children and young adults can develop their football skills, build character, and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional coaching and mentorship to players of various ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement training programs focusing on technical ability, tactical understanding, physical fitness, and mental resilience.
- Encourage and promote values such as respect, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among players.
- Organize and participate in friendly matches, tournaments, and talent identification opportunities.
- Work closely with parents, schools, and community stakeholders to support the holistic development of young people.
Requirements
- A passion for football and a commitment to youth development.
- Experience as a coach or mentor in a similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of football rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
