About the role

Sidcoms Shipping is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our growing team as a Shipping Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing shipping operations, with a focus on ensuring timely and reliable delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and execution of shipping operations, including order processing, packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Ensure all shipments meet the required standards for quality and compliance with regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to shipping and delivery issues.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and logistics to optimize shipping processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve shipping efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and tools.
• Experience with international shipping regulations and compliance.
