Main Responsibilities
- Complete milk and cream pasteurization and related CIP processes.
- Batch products as needed.
- Log ingredients in Factory Track software, ensuring accuracy.
- Document information on Pasteurization charts per regulations.
- Maintain equipment sanitation through CIP and manual cleaning.
- Report food safety/quality issues to management.
- Promote a safe work environment and follow 5S and GMP standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food production and manufacturing environment required.
- Previous experience in pasteurization/HTST preferred.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Able to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.

- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
