About the role
HSW Varsity Boys Winter Track & Field Assistant Coach HHH is seeking a student-centered Varsity Boys Winter Track & Field Assistant Coach for High School West who is passionate about developing student-athletes and contributing to a positive team culture. Reports To: Athletic Director and Varsity Head Coach.
Responsibilities
- Assist with practices, meets, and athlete development
- Promote sportsmanship, discipline, and positive team culture
- Support student-athlete academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with the head coach and athletic department
- Follow all district, Section XI, and NYSPHSAA policies
Qualifications
- Coaching experience in track & field preferred
- Strong knowledge of the sport
- Ability to motivate and develop student-athletes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Pay
Stipend: $6543
