About the role

The Operating Room Residency Program (Periop 101) is a 6-8 month rigorous & blended program for experienced registered nurses. The program includes online modules, simulation, and direct patient care experiences.

Responsibilities

• Learn to circulate and scrub in the operating room setting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a registered nurse in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.

• Experience in perioperative nursing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
