HSN - Fulfillment Center Team Lead
About the role
The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Piney Flats, TN location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role. Assigned schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments
- Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety
- Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree preferred
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team-oriented environment
- Apply problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings
