About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety and health programs
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures
- Coordinate emergency response plans and drills
- Monitor and report on workplace hazards and incidents
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in HSE
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Passion for workplace safety and environmental stewardship
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Experience with risk assessment and management
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of HSE software and tools (e.g., HAZOP, FMEA)

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
