About Caturus Management Services, LLC

The Caturus platform supports Kimmeridge's goal of providing low-cost energy with the lowest carbon footprint. Caturus aims to build the only independent, fully integrated natural gas and LNG export platform in the U.S., combining upstream operations with Commonwealth LNG, a 9.5 million tonnes per annum liquefied natural gas export terminal in southwestern Louisiana.

Caturus is a Houston-based, private exploration and production company focused on growing production through the development of deep, high-pressure, dry gas windows in the Eagle Ford and Austin Chalk formations in Texas and Louisiana, while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety.

Commonwealth LNG was established by experienced industry professionals who sought to innovate the LNG construction process. Commonwealth is dedicated to constructing a world-class LNG export facility, prioritizing safety, risk management, and adherence to leading environmental standards.
