EOSOL Group is seeking two HSE / Safety Technicians to support a large-scale industrial EPC construction project in Texas. The selected candidates will promote a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and client safety standards, conduct field inspections, maintain regulatory documentation, and support safe project execution in a dynamic construction environment operating extended shifts.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily field activities to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and behavioral observations.
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all project activities.
- Verify compliance with fall protection, rigging, confined space, and high-risk work procedures.
- Maintain incident reports, compliance logs, and mandatory safety records.
- Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Update and maintain contractor compliance platforms such as ISNetworld.
- Conduct toolbox talks and support HSE training initiatives.
- Communicate daily with project leadership regarding safety performance.
- Identify risks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree or Technical Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HSE experience.
- Experience supporting Industrial or EPC construction projects.
- Experience working in high-risk construction environments.
- Current MSHA 24-Hour Certification (mandatory).
- Training in Rigging and Fall Protection.
- Competent Person Requirements.
- Bilingual English & Spanish (mandatory).
- Must currently reside in Texas.
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, overtime, and rotating schedules as required.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, and construction safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
