HSE Safety Coordinator - Michels Energy Group, Inc.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response
- Audit and assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs
- Conduct meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role, and 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with duct banks, trenching, data centers, underground telecommunication, underground transmission, or mission critical highly preferred
- Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing (desired)
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time regionally

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
