HSE Safety Coordinator - Michels Energy Group, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response
• Audit and assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs
• Conduct meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role, and 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with duct banks, trenching, data centers, underground telecommunication, underground transmission, or mission critical highly preferred
• Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing (desired)
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time regionally
