Responsibilities
- Developing and executing a compliance strategy; including the Honeywell HSE Management System, and regulatory requirements at all Smart Energy Service projects.
- Driving a heavy focus on injury reduction through cultural and behavioral initiatives.
- Partner with the Smart Energy Service leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
- Able to reduce the risk profile of projects in the Smart Energy Service by identifying gaps through self-assessments, audits, gembas, and agency or 3rd party inspections.
- Strong ability to use Accelerator/Lean Practices and Principles to develop, deploy and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies.
- Support Smart Energy Service projects with adequate reviews/visits/inspections to drive continuous improvement in HSE.
- Ensure consistent and effective auditing of regulatory requirements and Honeywell Level 1 & Level 2 Standards.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of progressive health and safety experience, with increased responsibility.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience.
- Knowledge and experience in field service desired, and natural gas pipeline experience a plus.
