About the Company

At Berco, we produce mission-critical undercarriages for mining, construction, forestry, and agriculture machinery. Together with our customers, we create long-lasting solutions by combining know-how in design, forging, heat treatment, machining, and assembling. We provide undercarriage components to OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for the first fit of the machines as well as service parts to OEMs and the independent aftermarket.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment for employees and operational compliance with environmental regulations.
• Foster a safety culture, reinforcing safety (including process safety and occupational health and safety) as the highest priority in plant operations.
• Stay up to date on HSE policies, procedures, and information; conduct necessary audits and reporting.
• Provide HSE training and act as a safety coach.
• Advise management on HSE matters.
• Review plant operations and employee management of safety through physical walkthroughs and observations.
• Conduct behavior-based audits, train other auditors, and monitor programs.
