HSE Lead, US

For our client, we are seeking a HSE Lead, US to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead health, safety, and environmental efforts for a U.S. client account, with a strong focus on risk management, compliance, and operational consistency across site activities. The position partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to strengthen safety culture, monitor performance, and ensure legal and regulatory requirements are met. It also supports incident investigations, corrective actions, and the delivery of practical guidance on evolving HSE obligations. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $131,120+ annually Responsibilities Implement HSE strategic objectives for a client account in the U.S. region Manage operational risks and provide guidance on HSE risk management Conduct risk assessments for all site activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements Provide technical advice on HSE issues and communicate legislative changes Monitor performance against HSE metrics and present findings to clients during meetings Foster a culture of safety across the account and support training programs Lead investigations of EHS incidents and prepare corrective action plans Qualifications 7-12 years of EH&S management experience in operational management systems with corporate clients Experience with health and safety compliance in facility management operations Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred Recognized professional EH&S qualifications, such as IOSH or NEBOSH, are essential Internal or external auditor qualifications are highly desirable Strong understanding of the EH&S regulatory environment relevant to the role Ability to travel within the U.S. region, around 25% of the time, as needed Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care Paid parental leave at 100% of salary Paid Time Off and Company Holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
