Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs that meet client needs
- Assess participant needs and tailor training content accordingly
- Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized training solutions
- Evaluate training outcomes and provide feedback to improve future programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
- Experience with curriculum design and delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
