Responsible for leading training programs aimed at enhancing workforce skills in government and community settings. Works closely with clients to design and implement customized training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs that meet client needs
• Assess participant needs and tailor training content accordingly
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized training solutions
• Evaluate training outcomes and provide feedback to improve future programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development
• Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
• Experience with curriculum design and delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
