HSE- DOT Coordinator

About the Role

Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is seeking an HSE-Logistics Coordinator to support our Director of HSE in executing safety, environmental, and DOT compliance programs. This field-facing role requires a detail-driven individual to ensure safety and compliance across a distributed workforce, including CDL drivers, DriFlow operators, engineers, and field support personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with field safety audits and incident documentation.
• Ensure DOT driver compliance, including Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, and ELD requirements.
• Coordinate logistics and maintain records across multiple locations and regulatory jurisdictions.
• Deliver safety training and serve as a key link between field operations and HSE leadership.
• Support compliance with FMCSA regulations and DOT drug & alcohol testing.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HSE, DOT compliance, fleet safety, logistics, or related field within oilfield services, completion services, or upstream oil & gas operations.
• Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations, including Driver Qualification Files, Hours of Service, ELD requirements, and DOT drug & alcohol testing.
• Experience working on or around active frac pad or wellsite operations.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams); experience with fleet telematics or ELD platforms a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 60–70% across TX, LA, and PA.

Qualifications

• CSHO, OSHA 30-Hour, SafeLand USA, or equivalent safety credential preferred; working toward ASP/CSP a plus.
• CDL experience or prior CDL holder preferred.
• Experience with ISNetworld, Veriforce, GeoTab, or Motive preferred.
• Familiarity with dry polymer chemical handling, combustible dust protocols, or oilfield chemical services operations preferred.
• Multi-basin or multi-state field experience preferred.
